Why Everyday Athletes NEED To Supplement With Creatine.

Updated: Jun 14, 2024

I work with everyday athletes.

The kinds of people who are prioritising their training and nutrition alongside the stresses and demands of a full everyday life.

Whether it's a progressing career, growing family, hectic travel and social calendar or a combination of all three.

We push to get better physically because we know it is one of the strongest factors in us becoming the true best version of ourselves.

One of the BIGGEST challenges facing everyday athletes however is recovering from training, both physically and mentally.

Especially when the kids are young and waking you up at all hours...

Or you're working shifts of putting in overtime...

Or you're stressed from that deadline and increased workload...

Or just your not on top your your wind-down routine in the evening.

Disrupted sleep is a quick shortcut to an unproductive day at work, in the gym and with family.

BUT... I have some GOOD NEWS.

If you're supplementing with creatine (which you should be if you want the best strength and muscle gaining progress from the work you're putting in)...

Which I think is pretty big news for the archetypal everyday athlete who's sleep is at the mercy of external factors.
