Does Start With 6 include training?
Start With 6 now includes a simple, accessible strength training programme for you do download and use alongside the nutrition coaching. It is a 3 day a week programme, including video demonstrations, set/rep/RPE prescriptions, and easy to follow progression for 6 weeks.
