Fuck Balance - Get Shit Done

I help people unlock their inner athlete.



And go from everyday person to Everyday Athlete.



And by that I mean someone who successfully balances all the stresses, demands and challenges of their day to day life, while still hitting the gym, nailing their nutrition and being a general physical savage.



So with all that need for balancing... why am I telling you to "fuck balance 😤" like some under 20 influencer with a level 2 gym cert who's biggest stress in life is saving up enough pocket money for another Stone Island sweater?



Well... from spending 15 years working with everyday people and turning them into everyday athletes... I know what you lot are like.



You're not afraid of hard work.



But you've been working hard for everyone else.



Your boss, line manager or clients.



You husband, wife, or partner. 



Your kids, your parents, your friends.



Making sure that everyone else is alive, well, happy and living a good life.



And you've put yourself on the back burner.



Working too long hours.



Agreeing to every social commitment.



And protecting zero time to yourself.



So you have in fact... been way out of balance.



And before you get to the true point of balance... training hard and eating well alongside everything else...



You've got to regain some ground.



Be selfish for a bit.



Put yourself first.



And put 8 weeks hard work into yourself.



For many, that is uncomfortable because you feel guilty about taking 4 hours a week back for yourself.



But if you commit to it, do it right, do it hard, with the right guidance, support and programming, you can undo years of self-neglect with just 8 weeks of self-care.



And you'll be in a great position to find true balance again.



Because you'll be an everyday athlete who knows what works, how much time and effort it takes, and what a huge return is has on your life and everyone else around you as a result.
