STRONG IN 60 is all about helping people take the first step from everyday person to Everyday Athlete.

WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT AND PERFECT FOR YOU

I'm on a mission to help as many everyday high performing people become Everyday Athletes.

Mainly because I believe that training more like an athlete is the absolute BEST way for everyday high achieving people to train.

Most people's first encounter with online coaching is a watered down version of bodybuilding contest prep.

High rep, high volume, heavily hypertrophy focussed training accompanied by a highly restrictive meal plan and obsessive focus on calories, macros and eating cold meals from plastic tubs.

End result: Some highly edited photos of you doing tricep pushdowns in jeans and Calvin Kleins (why?), which you actually feel and perform like utter shit.

If you're lucky you may have found a coach who's more performance focussed. The downside is it's often their performance in their sport (most often powerlifting or *shudder* CrossFit), and you're forced to go along for the ride.

End result: You get strong at all costs but find yourself coughing up a lung just from walking up the stairs. 

Or you end up pursuing a form of "functional fitness" that leaves you significantly less functional in your day to day life as it sapped all the energy and power you needed to dominate all the other important areas of your life.

Neither of these are anything remotely like high performance.

I'm an actual accredited strength and conditioning coach with the UKSCA, who spent 4 years coaching TeamGB athletes before focussing my efforts on learning the high performance secrets of elite S&C coaching and making them accessible to everyday people.

So I actually know what high performance is, and how to achieve it.

While training like an athlete is cool and sexy AF because you become an absolute WEAPON in the gym and dominate any physical feats outside of the gym against your peers (you win the Dad race every year, drive the golf ball 50 yards further than any of your mates and run rings round anyone in any pick-up game of anything).

And you do it by building unstoppable strength, game changing power, unrelenting fitness and elite athlete levels of body composition and confidence...

I works better than anything else due to one key fact that no other coach seems to realise.

The gym work is there to increase performance, not just measure performance.

Elite athletes get paid to perform in their sport. They get paid to win medals and win championships.

They don't get paid to "leave it all in the gym", squat PBs every other week or fit in a 7th lifting session each week.

And neither do you.

You get paid to be an unrelenting high performer at work.

And you gain ultimate happiness from being the linchpin and lifeblood of your family.

But in both scenarios, you can't be a true high performer if you're not a master of your physical self.

Athletes don't win at sport without high levels of strength, power and physical fitness.
