This week I am bringing my first ever YouTube video series to a close with the launch of "The Ultimate Guide To The Squat".
In this video I'm going to take you through absolutely everything you need to know about the different barbell squat variations. That includes the front squat, high bar back squat, and low bar back squat.

How to properly set up your rack, set your bar height and position your spotting arms for safer back squats.
How to ditch the bar safely onto your spotting arms.
