The bench press is one of my favourite lifts in the gym. And writing blogs is one of my favourite ways to share great, free training information. But... when I sat down to write The Ultimate Guide To: Bench Press, I realised that this would actually make a WAY better YouTube video. Because I CAN talk you through how the set-up your rack, find your ideal start position, and share cues to help you optimise your bench press technique.
