How Committed Are You Really?

Here's a scenario I see a LOT when it comes to people who go to the gym, but don't make any progress... They think they're committed. They tell their friends they're committed and that going to the gym is a big part of their lives. Outwardly they seem committed, because they follow through and are regularly at the gym, spending 90 minutes to 2 hours working through their sessions. And in a way they are committed. But they are only committed to spending time in the gym, potentially an awful lot of it. And they are maybe also committed to putting in effort. They'll often work hard and leave the gym sweating and sore. But they're not committed to a process. And this is the key part that holds them back. Because committing time and effort to something unfortunately doesn't guarantee progress. You need a clear plan and route to follow to get to where you want. Otherwise your time and effort is misdirected, or worse, not directed at all. It's like buying a car, getting in it, putting it in gear, slamming down the accelerator and then closing your eyes and hoping to get home. Push that pedal as hard as you want for as long as you want, you don't stand a chance of making it home any time soon (or in one piece). Instead, you need to commit to the journey. You need to commit to the process of getting to where you want to go. You need to understand when to speed up and when to slow down. When to take a left turn, when to take a right. And if you don't know how to get there you need to invest in some guidance. Which is where the genuinely committed people excel, and guarantee they get to their destination safely, and on time. Let's be honest for a minute. Is that you? The people who are REALLY committed are the people who seek out the advice and guidance of an expert. They are the ones who understand that investing into a process is the only way to guarantee their outcomes. They are the ones who see the VALUE in coaching, and the COST of wasted time and effort. They are the ones who invest in themselves, and hire a coach to help them succeed. And they do succeed... because they are REALLY committed. Are you ready to finally commit to making the progress you've always wanted? Apply for online coaching below. Thanks, Ian.
