Don't Made This HUGE Nutrition Mistake...

There is one HUGE mistake I see so many people make when it comes to how they approach their nutrition. It's one of those fundamental mistakes which can stop peoples progress from every really getting started. It can hold you back, and make all your efforts so unrewarding from a lack of tangible progress that you get to the point where you don't see the point anymore... Sound familiar? If it does, it's probably because you approach your nutrition as: What to eat, and when to eat it. Rather than: How to eat, and why. And I know why people make this mistake. It's because a load of "coaches" out there sell nutrition services that only cover macro ratios and calories limits. But you HAVE to back them up with the how and the why... always. What and when to eat works great for someone who has:
Strong habits
Strong routines
Strong systems
Good knowledge of food
A healthy relationship with food
The discipline to track their food to +/-5g on every ingredient day in day out.
But it doesn't work well if you don't have all of those things... which is most normal people. If you try and cut to the what and when without the how and why, you won't be able to do it consistently enough to see success. It's like taking a knife to a gunfight, or taking a spoon to a steak restaurant. it just isn't going to end well. So next time you step up to tackle your nutrition, start with the how and the why, and actually set yourself up for some meaningful and lasting success. Ian.
